His work sits at the intersection of three traditions: classical philosophy, the complexity sciences (with a particular debt to Ralph Stacey), and the practical craft of executive advisory. From this intersection emerges a single, persistent question — one that animates every page of CURRENT: how do we lead well while already in motion?
The trajectory is one line of work, not three careers. Senior international corporate leadership, then two decades of executive search and organisational advisory through SAXSKIOLD, and the writing of CURRENT all circle the same question: how judgement is formed and exercised in consequential leadership situations.
