Fragments

Thinking in Current.

Short passages drawn from the book. Read one. Sit with it. Share if it carries weight for someone else.

Fragment 01

Nothing actually begins when you arrive.

The current was already moving. Awareness is not the starting point — it is the moment the current becomes visible to you. What you call a beginning is only the first thing you noticed.

Begin where you stand. The river was already here.

Fragment 02

Meaning rarely appears fully formed.

It assembles while you are still moving — asking to be trusted before it can be proven, lived into before it can be explained. Wait for certainty and you will miss what was being offered.

Trust the half-formed thing. It is asking to be carried.

Fragment 03

Not everything resolves.

Some currents do not deliver you to a far bank. To lead is to remain present without the promise of relief — to participate, fully, in what cannot yet be concluded.

Stay anyway. That is the practice.

Fragment 04

Patterns repeat before they are questioned.

The shape returns because someone is carrying it. Awareness does not ask why the pattern happened — it asks who, today, is still holding its weight in place.

Put the shape down. See what re-forms without you.

Fragment 05

You cannot lead a current you refuse to stand in.

There is no leadership at a distance from change. To shape the flow you must first allow yourself to be shaped by it — to stay, to sense, then to shape.

Stay · Sense · Shape. In that order. Always.
