Leadership Companion
Work through a real leadership situation.
Some leadership situations do not need another framework. They need a better reading.
Leadership Companion helps you see what is happening, what you may be part of, and where a responsible next move might lie — without pretending the reading is complete.
Situations stay private to you. Sign-in required.
Before you sign in
What happens when you begin
You describe the situation
“A trusted leader is underperforming. I am frustrated and increasingly tempted to intervene directly.”
The Companion helps separate
- what is known
- what is inferred
- what may be missing
- different perspectives
- possible next moves
- what remains uncertain
You decide
What deserves action, what can wait, and what still needs to be understood. Nothing is decided for you.
You can write as much or as little as you like, stop at any point, and return later — a situation stays saved and private to you.
Some situations need more than reflection. If you would rather think it through with Kenneth, start a conversation.
How it works
A conversation, not a form. It asks what it needs to ask, and keeps track of what is worth watching as the situation moves.
Leadership Companion begins with the situation. CURRENT Companion begins with the thinking — the book and its concepts.
Behind the Companion
More than an AI conversation
Leadership Companion is built on a proprietary, AI-agnostic reasoning architecture developed to help people think more clearly in situations where judgement matters.
Its reasoning is grounded in the thinking and practices of CURRENT, its underlying philosophical, psychological and leadership traditions, carefully selected public knowledge, and patterns drawn from more than 30 years of executive leadership, advisory work, organisational change and executive search.
Rather than depending on a single AI model, the architecture is designed to work with leading AI technologies as they evolve. The models provide computational capability. CURRENT provides the orientation, reasoning structure and discipline.
The Companion does not simply generate an answer. It works with context, evidence, uncertainty, competing interpretations and possible consequences — helping you Stay · Sense · Shape before deciding what to do.

Privacy & Trust
Your situation stays your situation
Leadership Companion is designed around privacy by design and data minimisation. Personal or identifiable information from your private situations is not used to train our reasoning models or to build profiles of you.
Where learning is used to improve the Companion, it is derived from generic, anonymised patterns and system-level learning — not your personal story or identifiable data.
The underlying technology operates within a security environment supporting GDPR requirements, ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II controls, including access controls, encryption, security monitoring and governed data processing.
Private by design. Useful by learning from patterns — not from people.
